![]() This company should be reported to better business bureau and completely shut down from operation.ġ. ![]() This moving company will exploit you and has no incentive to take care of you items, communicate with you, or provide any service whatsoever. Despite losing and damaging the majority of my contents, the "third party" claim only came back at $92 based on nothing but item weight and questionable calculations. The website and process for submitting claims completely shut down and took months to get a hold of anyone regarding process to submit (and broker continually stated they are still trying to "locate missing items"). The claims process is at a minimum coercive and discriminatory, but likely criminal. On delivery, most boxes were damaged, most large items were chipped, scratched, or broken, and several items and boxes totalling almost $5000 worth were completely lost. Thirdly, their communication was misleading throughout the process and resulted in constant upcharging of hidden fees. ![]() Secondly, they did not properly pack my items (to include using my graduation gown to wrap a tv stand, not sealing boxes properly, not packing glassware properly, not using a mattress cover as promised so my mattress ended up greasy and damaged, etc.). First off, the movers showed up without boxes. Everything that could go wrong went wrong. ![]()
